1. Scope
These terms apply to all games and services of Real World Games GbR ("we") through real-world-games.com and our apps, for consumers and businesses. For company events, the terms of the quote take precedence.
2. Service
We provide location-based team games in the browser and in our apps. During early access, private games are free; scope and features may change. There is no claim to specific game content, places or constant availability.
3. Safety
Games are played in public space. Traffic law, property rights and prohibitions come before any game task. Everyone plays at their own responsibility and looks out for themselves and others; do not enter closed, private or dangerous places. Minors play only with the consent and under the responsibility of their guardians.
4. Players' content
Photos, audio and video must not infringe the rights of others. Do not photograph people who are not playing and have not agreed. We may delete content and remove players from a game if they break these rules.
5. Prices and payment
Paid games and company events are shown or quoted with their price before the contract is made. Companies pay by invoice within 14 days unless agreed otherwise.
6. Consumers' right of withdrawal
For paid digital services consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. You receive the full withdrawal notice and the model form before buying; the right expires once you expressly agree that we start the service before the withdrawal period ends.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health caused by a breach of our duties. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. We are not liable for damage caused by breaching section 3.
8. Final provisions
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction for businesses is our registered office.
